Payments can be made in USD, EUR, or GBP. You may use the local currency of the nation in where you are residing when sending payment through Western Union or Moneygram. However, you must inform us about the currency you chose to pay with. 

If you have created the order and you want to change the payment method that you have chosen, please send us a ticket. Our customer service team will assist you regarding that. 

Our collectors must visit the bank in order to collect the payments that you made via Western Union or Moneygram. This process takes between 24 and 48 hours. Weekends and national holidays may result in an extension of this timeframe. Also, we wait between 24 and 48 hours for our zelle service provider company to validate the payment into our account.
